Returns: 30 days
Matts products may be returned unused in the original package within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return authorization is required. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the return or fill out out PRODUCT RETURN form. We will email the Return Authorization Number. The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the box. No credit will be issued for returns without the return authorization. Freight charges are not included. Send the package back to us by ground service and insure it for its full value through UPS, FEDEX, or US Mail parcel post (COD packages will be refused).
Refunds will be issued on items returned within 30 days of sales receipt date. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging to be eligible for refund. Some items have a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges: 30 days
If you ordered the wrong size or item, we will exchange for the correct one. To arrange an exchange, email us at email@example.com Please include your order number and the size/item you need. We will ship you the replacement at no cost unless there is a price difference. We Do Not pay for the return freight charge.
Damaged Packages and Defective Products
If an item/package was damaged during shipment, please contact your local UPS, USPS, or FEDEX carrier. Please keep the original shipping carton and packaging material. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US. You may lose your right to file a claim.
If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the
manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 845-429-3254 or contact us by e-mail
at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item. Some products we sell are
covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the
manufacturer for replacement or repair.
